"The next stage of AI adoption will not be defined only by who generates faster, but by who can execute better, validate better, audit better and better preserve human intention."

Agenor Mota is a software architect, technologist and independent researcher based in Lévis, Québec, Canada. He is the author of the IAMVibeOps Manifest — an independent authorial work presenting a discipline for transforming human intention into governed, auditable, verifiable and evidence-based operational execution with artificial intelligence.

Background

With experience spanning software development, systems architecture, digital transformation and organisational consulting, Agenor Mota has observed a consistent pattern: teams and organisations adopt AI tools rapidly but lack structured disciplines for governing AI execution, preserving context, validating outputs and maintaining human accountability.

The IAMVibeOps Manifest was developed from this observation — as an independent, authored response to a methodological gap in how humans and organisations operate with artificial intelligence.

About the Manifest
