1. Authorship Statement

The IAMVibeOps Manifest is an independent authorial work created by Agenor Mota.

This manifesto presents a vision for the relationship between humans, artificial intelligence and operational execution. Its purpose is to propose a discipline for transforming human intention into governed, auditable, verifiable and evidence-driven execution.

IAMVibeOps is not presented as a commercial tool, software platform or third-party product. It is an authorial, conceptual and methodological statement about the responsible use of artificial intelligence in creation, diagnosis, planning, execution, validation and governance.

2. Purpose

Artificial intelligence is accelerating the creation of code, documents, automations, analyses and decisions. However, speed without governance can produce noise, fragility, technical debt, implicit decisions and outcomes that are difficult to validate.

IAMVibeOps exists to address an essential question: How can human intention be transformed into verifiable operational execution with artificial intelligence?

The answer proposed by this manifesto is a discipline based on: human intention; diagnosis before execution; evidence-based backlog; AI agents with defined roles; auditable execution; objective validation; human accountability; and continuous governance.

3. Vision

Artificial intelligence should not merely respond to commands. It should operate within context, boundaries, criteria and responsibility.

The next stage of AI adoption will not be defined only by who generates faster, but by who executes better, validates better, audits better and preserves human intention better.

IAMVibeOps proposes that AI should be used as an operational extension of human intelligence, not as a replacement for authorship, judgment or accountability.

4. Principles

4.1

Human intention is the origin

Every execution begins with human intention. AI may interpret, organize, suggest and execute, but strategic direction must remain under human responsibility.

4.2

Diagnosis before execution

No relevant execution should begin without diagnosis. Before creating, changing or automating, it is necessary to understand the current state, context, risks, dependencies, gaps and success criteria. Execution without diagnosis is improvisation.

4.3

Backlog must emerge from evidence

A backlog should not be merely a list of ideas or wishes. In IAMVibeOps, each backlog item must have a clear origin, justification, priority, impact, dependencies and acceptance criteria.

4.4

Agents need defined roles

Artificial intelligence agents should not operate as generic entities. They must have scope, responsibility, input, output, limits and validation criteria.

4.5

Execution without evidence is incomplete

No delivery should be considered complete merely because it has been declared complete. Execution must produce verifiable evidence, such as modified files, tests, logs, decisions, documentation, reports, metrics or validations.

4.6

Governance protects speed

The speed of AI must be guided by architecture, security, quality, traceability and accountability. AI should accelerate execution without degrading the system, the organization or trust.

4.7

Context is an asset

Context should not remain scattered across conversations, isolated files or implicit decisions. Context must be organized, preserved, updated and reused as an operational asset.

4.8

Final accountability remains human

AI may support decisions, suggest paths and execute tasks, but final accountability must remain with people, organizations and governance structures.

5. The IAMVibeOps Discipline

IAMVibeOps proposes a discipline of governed, human, auditable and evidence-driven operational execution.

This discipline can be applied to software development, system architecture, digital transformation, consulting, organizational diagnostics, technology modernization, DevOps, DevSecOps, AIOps, product management, corporate education, responsible AI adoption and intelligent agent operations.

References to artificial intelligence, DevOps, DevSecOps, AIOps, vibe coding or similar industry terms are used only in a descriptive, contextual and comparative sense.

This public version presents the vision, principles and conceptual positioning of IAMVibeOps.

It does not disclose complete operational methods, playbooks, prompts, diagnostic models, scoring criteria, templates, implementation procedures, consulting materials or technical architecture of systems related to the framework.

These materials may constitute confidential information, strategic assets or trade secrets of the author and/or associated entities.
